Client Servicing Executive (Content Marketing)

LexiConn is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated client servicing executive with experience in content marketing. Candidates with experience in SEO, digital marketing, advertising, content strategy, social media marketing, sales and marketing must apply for this role.

> Manage the end-to-end project life-cycle

> Serve as the SPOC and liaison between external clients and internal team

> Support the new business efforts by attending sales meetings, sales calls, preparing RFPs, content ideas and strategies

> Initiate project related work by providing detailed budget, schedule, and instructions to the project team and by anticipating pitfalls or potential roadblocks to successful completion
> Interacting with clients to collect the brief
> Creating a scope of work and project deliverables
> Creating and presenting technical pitches, samples, and case studies
> Communicating key insights and findings to the project-execution team
> Assisting Project Managers throughout the Project Delivery Process
> Ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality and tone guidelines
> Replying to client queries, addressing feedback, allocating tasks, and managing timely deliveries
> Adapting existing processes and introducing best practices for streamlining project implementation, and enhancing efficiencies

Ideal Candidate Profile:
> One to Two years of experience in a Client Servicing role (preferably in an Content Marketing/ Advertising agency)
> Work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers
> Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate (ideally Marketing)
> Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision
> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
> Excellent time management and organization skills
