Mid/ Senior Client Servicing Manager (Mumbai)

LexiConn is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated mid/ senior client servicing manager with proven knowledge of digital marketing (content specialization). Candidates with excellent communication skills and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel will do well.

> Manage the end-to-end project life-cycle

> Serve as the SPOC and liaison between external clients and internal team

> Support the new business efforts by attending sales meetings, sales calls, preparing RFPs, content ideas and strategies

> Initiate project related work by providing detailed budget, schedule, and instructions to the project team and by anticipating pitfalls or potential roadblocks to successful completion

> Interact with clients to collect the brief

> Create a scope of work and project deliverables

> Reply to client queries, addressing feedback, allocating tasks, and managing timely deliveries

Ideal Candidate Profile:
> One to three years experience in a Client Servicing (preferably in an Content Marketing/ Advertising Agency)

> Work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers

> Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate (ideally Marketing)

> Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision

> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines

> Excellent time management and organization skills
