Brands that Trust LexiConn for B2B White Papers
White Paper Writing for Technical B2B Buyers
LexiConn is a B2B content agency in Mumbai, founded in 2009, writing research-backed white papers for enterprise and BFSI clients including HDFC Bank, Nuvama, Bajaj Finserv and Amazon.
A white paper has one job: to be forwarded to someone who was not in the meeting, and to survive being read by them without you there to explain it.
That rules out most of what gets called a white paper. A long brochure does not survive it. Neither does a summary of things the reader already knows. What survives is original analysis, stated with its method visible, so a technical reader can check the reasoning rather than take it on trust.
We write these with subject-matter interviews, primary sources cited inline, and an editorial pass whose specific job is to find the claim that cannot be supported. If the research does not say what the brief hoped it would say, we tell you before it is written, not after.
Expert White Paper Writing Services
White Papers have long been a staple in B2B marketing, and for good reason. Expert writers know they are an effective way to establish credibility and provide valuable insights to potential clients. In fact, according to the Demand Gen Report Content Preferences Survey, 71% of B2B buyers consumed these in-depth reports during their purchase journey.
However, professional content creation is no longer enough to simply generate leads and conversions. Instead, B2B companies need to focus on creating high-quality, compelling thought leadership documents with a keen focus on design and visual elements.

How this work runs
1. Define the brief
The work begins with a brief that defines the reader, the question the paper must answer, the intended use, and the evidence available. The account lead checks whether the scope is specific enough to research. If the brief combines unrelated questions, assumes an unsupported conclusion, or does not identify the reader, it goes back for clarification before research starts.
2. Build the evidence base
The researcher then builds a source plan. This covers primary documents, reputable secondary sources, internal material, and subject-matter interviews. Each useful claim is recorded with its source so the writer can trace it later. Weak, outdated, or contradictory evidence is flagged rather than worked around. If the available research does not support the proposed argument, the team raises that gap before an outline is approved.
3. Approve the structure
The writer turns the evidence into a section-by-section outline. Each section must have a purpose, a supporting point, and the evidence needed to make that point. The editor checks the logic, balance, and order. Subject-matter reviewers check whether the proposed argument reflects the field accurately. Outlines are usually sent back when they read like a long brochure, repeat the same point under several headings, or move from evidence to conclusion too quickly.
4. Draft and edit
Once the outline is approved, the writer prepares the draft. Sources are cited as claims are written, not added from memory at the end. Tables, examples, and proposed visuals are marked in context. The first editorial review checks whether the paper answers the brief, explains technical ideas clearly, and distinguishes evidence from interpretation. Unsupported claims, vague authority language, hidden assumptions, and sections that promote rather than analyse are returned for revision.
5. Run expert and client review
The revised draft then goes to the relevant subject-matter and client reviewers. They verify terminology, technical accuracy, internal facts, and any statements based on interviews. Legal or compliance review is included where the subject requires it. Review comments are consolidated so the writer receives one clear set of decisions rather than conflicting instructions from several documents.
6. Check the final format
After revisions, a final quality check covers citations, headings, tables, references, terminology, grammar, and consistency. If design is part of the assignment, the approved copy is handed over with a clear content hierarchy and notes for charts or diagrams. The designed proof is checked again for missing text, altered figures, broken references, and layout choices that separate a claim from its qualification. Delivery happens only after the content and final format match the approved version.
