Work Done

PayU desired to revamp and augment its entire body of technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles. It is built around the company’s portfolio of payment solutions and the underlying APIs that drives their performance. The artefacts serve as a prime source of guidance for PayU’s prospects and customers. The organization harboured a strategic intent to elevate the quality of content to the levels of its global competitors, and LexiConn was the partner of choice, owing to our extensive technical content development experience.

Acknowledging the apparent business implications of the engagement and the sensitive nature of the client’s requirements, LexiConn immediately committed a team of highly experienced researchers and technical writers to the task. We agreed on an accelerated value delivery model that commenced with our researchers engaging with the respective product and technology leaders from PayU to harness the required information. The inputs were then weaved into detailed documentation and product guides by an expedited content delivery mechanism and were submitted to the stakeholders from the client-side for review. The entire arrangement was brought within the ambit of an information confidentiality agreement.

As part of this project, we developed the overviews, integration documentation and implementation Best Practices guides concerning over a dozen PayU products across the desktop and mobile environments. Further, detailed documentation of over 35 APIs was also built. To ensure adequate last-mile availability of the content, LexiConn cooperated with a service provider of PayU’s choice in DevOps mode, deploying them continuously into the client’s GitLab and WordPress accounts.
