The client is one of India’s leading housing finance companies and a part of a home-grown business conglomerate that enjoys the patronage of 1.1 billion consumers globally. The client’s portfolio includes home loans, loans against property, and plot loans, among others. Over the years, it has established itself as the go-to lender for the aforementioned loans.
The client wanted a competent content agency to fuel its content marketing efforts. The need was to deliver keyword-rich blogs for the common man devoid of jargon. The client required a partner that provided end-to-end solutions for its content marketing needs, from keyword research to identifying topics to creating a content calendar.
It looked forward to collaborating with an agency that provided valuable inputs going forward on various aspects of content to help it carve a niche for itself in the intensely competitive loan market.
The first challenge was to onboard the client. Once the client filled up the enquiry form, our CS team prepared a detailed presentation on what we bring to the table. The presentation included our past work, links to live articles, and reflected our forte in the domain.

Our Approach and Work
After successfully onboarding the client, we set up a briefing call with our team to get a granular view of the requirement. After the call, our team conducted keyword research, identified the topics, and crafted a content calendar that outlined the topics, keywords, tentative flow, and delivery date.
We took special care to ensure we shared the calendar before the start of each month so that approvals could be taken for the same at the beginning of the next month.
Our team also suggested the client to make its presence felt on platforms like Quora, which received a positive response. Strategy and work in this regard are in progress.
Our heads-on approach ensured that the client could publish informative articles on its website and increase organic traffic. We are expecting a greater inflow of work in the coming days.
