1. Define the brief and learning requirements

Items may be returned for correction if text, visuals, activities, or other elements do not match the approved content or required format.

6. Final review and delivery

A final quality check is completed before delivery. The team reviews the completed learning content against the brief, approved structure, subject requirements, assessments, and format requirements. Any remaining corrections are addressed before the final files or content are handed over. The completed material is then delivered in the agreed format for use in the intended learning environment.
